Time and time again I've seen people always complaining about graphics sucking etc ( Mostly from new generation gamers ). Any opinions? Personally I'm for gameplay

I'm all for a smooth running game, which I guess puts me on "gameplay," cuz the better the game runs, the more I enjoy playing the game.. I'll gladly dumb down my graphics to get optimal FPS, although some of the newer games(Call of Duty: Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3, Prototype, and Crysis 1 and 2) don't allow a whole lot of adjustments as far as lowering graphics, which makes it hard to get it smooth running if you only have an average video card.

Edit: This seems like a good topic for "Napoleons Pantaloons," just saying. Razz

yeah lol i was thinnking the same but i can't move the topic there.
personally i'm fine with graphics but gameplay was more important as well. overall i voted for gameplay over graphics. yes i do agree that prototype, cod, crysis 1 & 2 do need a good graphic display to have the game running smoothly. but don't you think that some of those games have almost zero to no replay values at all?

p.s. im just stating my opinions

I'll go ahead and move the topic to it. :p

And I agree about the single player parts of the games not being too much on "replay," but I like to play Prototype just to run around and getting into trouble, as well as play some multiplayer on some Call of Duty.

well i love to get into trouble too in prototype, i'll go crazy and throw everything and anything
i don't prefer cod multiplayer, here are 2 reasons why :
1. i live in asia, if i play on any servers from overseas (particularly from europe and north america) , i will have a high ping and then be laggy
2. i hate playing with stupid little children who always think they're better than anyone else, shouting obscenities and framing you to hell if your gameplay is horrible
well those are 2 reasons why i don't go multiplayer
