You can with browser extensions/apps. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hlahboemigcafocomipdmicgphbpdoec?hc=search&hcp=main is the one for chrome and I assume there's one for FF but i'm not sure.

no, i know how phpbb works, you can change it in the admin panel, but with a regular host that works with FTP/File manager uploading, you can upload the actual favicon.ico file that way.

for example, i use namepad a lot, so i use a FTP client to upload files to the website.

I understand that and you can upload the image to forumotion and it s done... no converting to an ico file..

So it is actually easier.

And since I haz admin powers and rights, I can change it to a cheeto!
