To get this pic to slow down enough to where the words can be read?

you can do it in photoshop, i just dont know how to do it/havnt taken the time to learn. All it is is breaking down the frame rate and adding a copy of each frame between each rotation. Not hard, but just dont know how to do it lol

Well, I'd like for it to still be moving, cuz in the show(Ghost In the Shell) It was always moving, just not so fast as where it couldn't be read.

Well, I slowed it down, but Ulead has it's own format their saved in and it can't upload to Photobucket and Zamzar can't convert it...neither can this Pixillion: Photo Converter I just downloaded. -.- Gotta love how technology exists to make life a living hell.

I'll be experimenting further in hopes of finding a way to win...if anyone has an idea, be my guest to post it.

Still a little faster than it was in the show...but I know how to work on it so I'll mess around more =D

So i skip what everyone has said.. This is done in photoshop.. you just import the layers and then add it to an animation and set the time.. I think the earliest ps that it works on is CS3

Although you CAN do this in photoshop.... it is about 10000x's harder to do for someone that doesnt know PS GIF animations.

For simple GIF work or mainly GIF text work.... always use Ulead. Photoshop is only better if you are converting Pics to GIX by morphing or animating.
