tag stealer.. nodata is from Tennessee not the UK and his ip never changes and starts with 74.249. Thank u for the post though.. good to know people are looking out for other clans.

Theres nothing in Dallas and not really much in H$. (thx for looking merk).

There has been a lot of tag stealers in Razer. I'm a ref their. Quetzel is banning those certain people from razer as well. so there is a lot around. just keep your eyes out really.

i was informed a few days ago that someone had stolen my tag in DR Raz3r and according to quetz, the dropper and this guy are one in the same and that these ips are his as well

That is a range ban. The /16\ restricts any octets after the 94.5 from connecting. You cant do a range ban without letting the server know the limitations you want. The lower the number the larger the range. The range bans typically are multiples of 8.

Example:

To ban 94.0.0.0 you would put 94.0.0.0/8\-1. To ban someone that their 3rd octet is always over or under 100 you would need to limit the ban to just those numbers. The octets go from 0-255. "Usually" to range ban someone that their 3rd octet is always under 100 would be 94.5.0.0/24\-1. Those with octets over 100 would be 94.5.100.0/24\-1. There is a calculator to give you an exact octet limiter, but usually those are it. To ban 94.5.190.0 would be just a 4th octet ban. 94.5.190.0/32\-1.

Unfortunatly addip 94.5 -1 wont do a proper range ban.

To add. The most important part of a range ban is to see who it effects by checking teh 1st 2 octets in the servers logs. It seems that range ban is clean in the US and will not effect anyone that I know of here. As far as Euro servers, you would need to make sure no one is effected.
