These demos are kind of weird and not 100% proof, but they're the only games I've caught him in. The second demo includes custom maps mw3tourney3 and pro-dcmap7.

Also, from his gameplay it's very suggestive he uses little to no sound, so all of these follows and amazing corner shots are quite unbelievable when he can barely aim up close.
