I like it (: . IMO, Just a few things to change. The character looks like pasted over a already made background. And in his left parts, you can see that the cut isn't perfect.

I made the background. Just duplicated render and motion blurred. Then set it to screen.
As for the square things I went to image -> apply image then filter -> stylize -> extrude
Extrude I just did default settings.
