I don't know I was just experimenting in photoshop.

It isn't AMAZING but I thought it was somewhat cool looking.

I was messing around with lines and the wave filter with outer glow

I like it, looks good and is a nice depiction of the original pic.

The only thing I would change is the light strand glow. You can see its squared off. Best bet is to either pit a few faded lines over it or increase the outer glow, and burn out some of it to give it more of a "glowing" look then a uniformed look. A glow should be a lil more sporadic.

Like the glowing dots... they fade correctly into the background... the lines are squared off.


But all in all... nicely done.

Or... make a new layer, and repeat the brushes in a larger size and lower the opacity

They aren't brushes lol I made them from lines.

Some lines are varied with lower opactiy.
