Well take into consideration he blurred his. Also use the pen tool if you are using PS you can make it smooth or simply learn to use the magic wand/quick selection tool.
Also there are websites they already have pictures cropped out.

lol i dun like your sigs verymuch much lack color which is what i like to see but overall better then your recent ones also try using different text layouts
