well i didnt know anywhere else to put this so i put it here... k so im tryin to make a q3 vid and i have sony vegas 7, heres where i need help whenever i try to upload my q3 demos to sony vegas it says they cant be opened what am i doing wrong or what do i need to do? Ive already looked through google everywhere and i cant find anything... it cant be all that hard to do there must be something im not doing right

you don't literally upload your demos to sony vegas. Your demos are files like dm3 or dm68 and such that can only be viewed in games like quake. You have to record your demos using either fraps or q3mme (which I recommend). From there you turn the ss's that those programs make into big .avi files. Those avi files are what you import to sony vegas, then you can edit your movie. It's a long process, believe me. I know how to do it all and I work on my movie practically all day and it still takes me at least a few days to get it finished. I'll post a tutorial I suppose since you're like the 10th person that's asked me about movies now.
