I'd just like to state that obby/slice's ip is static and i am yet to find any ip of obbys that is different, currently under every alias used of his is the same IP.

Most people have dynamic ip's, and it changes every time you stitch off your modem and turn it back on. Maybe he doesn't do that very often, or the only reason it changes because the power went out at that time or something, some people leave their modems on all the time, so their ip's doesn't change and such.

then it wouldnt go back to the same ip... lol
but if it isnt him its somebody within his area and there is somebody playing quake 3 who lives very close to him and does have a dynamic ip
