After checking logs with other clans and looking at ours.....it has been concluded that Spartans IP was hacking via that demo.  I can not say it was him playing but....we have to keep clean.  I'm sorry to say spartan will be removed from the clan and banned  from our servers.  We will never know if it was him hacking in that demo, or someone on his computer but......either way...His IP was hacking, that is undesputed.  \

Well guys i can say little bro done it this time for me i can say ive never hacked with quake 3 in my life and frankly im tired of people accusing me i dont pay attention to my little bro when he comes over sometimes and plays but i really enjoyed playing with you guys and you guys know that i have never hacked with you guys you've all seen me play a million times and the name spartan is the only name ive ever used since berfore pwp i never use any other name cuz i like to build my reputation and you all know it wasnt me hacking this is ingnorant he just bought himself a brand new pc to he will never be on mine again being that he has a way better pc now but if you guys dont want me on your servers/forums then please delete any post i have made in these forums i know its not much because ive never been a forum kinda guy but as far a cheating goes i hate them all as much as you guys do good luck pwp... and thanks for telling me he using my ip address to cheat again there wont be any cheating coming from this ip address any more i assure you, he just got interenet at his house today so ban him for crying out loud !!! In my honest opinion.  Spartan dosen't hack.  Our problem lies in the fact it was his IP.  I truely believe he wasnt the one playing, but the IP refers to him, and to *pWp*.  As for now things have to stand as they are.  I hope we can get things cleared up and have Spartan back in the future.

I do believe you spartan, and you are welcome to the forums and I dunno about the server (ask tad). However we can't have a member who is considered a hacker by the community in general, since he won't be able to scrim in certain servers, play on dallas, etc. It may damage the clan as an organization or whatever we are because we need to stand clear of hackers in this community.

OK well i see your guys's point on all this but what really pisses me off is this talk about me is all over the forums people even know what town thanks to you guys and nobody wanted to just xfire me to tell me whats goin on before making such posts i play quake 3 for fun not to come to forums just to gossip about everybody ya i read the era forums and people just piss me off i think everyone takes this game way to seriously if you ask me even though i was not the one hacking from this ip address i have to be the one to suffer the consequences this kinda shit makes me not even want to play anymore. I just hate it when people talk about me sorry guys as for *pWp* i dont think i will be returning being you guys cant come to me first you just have to tell the whole world before it even gets back to me thanks for showing some consideration for other people. Actually if you had read the forums in eRa you would've seen it was g0d Potcha who posted about some guy named -PoP-, then o2o TheOldGuy related him to you, at that point I posted I've never seen signs of hacking from you, and Tad actually got into an arguement with The Old Guy because he thought it wasn't proof enough.

After further proof was posted, we said we would deal with it. And here we are.

As you can see we didn't start anything. So don't come here saying we told everyone and whatever.

believe what you guys want to believe im not gonna try to convice you anymore its really a waste of time. just yeturday i had my little brother delete anything that he had on this pc including the wallhack and again i only played under the name of spartan and i never got accused of hacking and i never minipulated quake 3 files and yes futs it was the same quake 3 config file that he was using because it wasnt the config file that he hacked he munipulated the executable file with another program that would explain how i couldn't find it and the reason he had my name when he joined other games everyone knows there was no hack coming from me when i played because i used no such program to launch quake 3 i used xfire to launch my games. He has his own brand new pc at home with a cable connection to the internet now this just happened on friday he will never play on this pc again the funny thing is hes the one that refered me to play for pwp when he was playing as lazy for pwp i never thought about joining a clan i just played for fun and thats what i liked about this clan they all played for the same reason. Now futs im not talking shit to you that happened a long time ago i thought we were past that ive been playing in the same games as you long before i joined pwp you of all people should know that i dont hack. I respect the pWp clan and i dont want them to think they had a hacker in their clan because they didnt!!
