I think it's better to be in a public section in order for other people to see that we are watching for hackers, however, maybe it would be a better idea just to post a closed topic (in the general section, however keeping the normal thread in the members only section) that says "X has been kicked from the clan"so the people don't get propense to "flaming".

i agreed,it should be in public view,these are people we trust, and i they deceive the clan, and hack, it should be for all to see, and kinda on / off topic, i cant stand hackers, im so tired of people, that have to cheat to win, if your caught, and the proof is provided, your out, no if's, and's or buts, no exceptions. this may be just my view as a leader, but its a.) unacceptable, and b.) just plain fucking stupid, c.) i have never, so why would you. as for guilty by association, most clans work it as, if your playing in same clans, or seperate clans, sharing a computer / internet connection, then your equally to blame for the hack.
