well when i was in pwp, i had ref rcons. and never a problem. and i dont see an emergency for this.
but, i cant see a reason not to apply i guess for a ref at zone. im already a dallas ref, rcons ref at h$,........
sometimes noone there, and theres no ref, but if a reason for denial, i can deal with that.
doesnt hurt to have a couple more on zone.

and i see no harm in a ref there, ive had no probs at all on any servers i ref rcon now.
