to answer your questions before u ask.....YES I made the console, and YES it does scroll around on the background like the original gay q3 console.....1337 isnt it? dont hate......if its ok with tad ill upload it to Zone and post link for Download in Clan only section for u guys to use it if u want.

u dont have to upload on zone. console is strictly user side, not client side
