Is it true? You are wondering what I am asking. Well according to W7T.net they claim IE9 is suppose to be the fastest browser out there BUT there is a catch from what I heard. I have friends on ps3 and xbox

After i got my xbox360 i connected and tried to play
the connection is completely bi-polar
the whole server will have a good connection but i'll be lagging my ass off every 5 seconds
its extremely annoying
but on ps3, i'm perfectly fine.
